Cameras always runs down within a few weeks. Doesn’t show hardly anything on our Back door camera. Now having trouble saying no internet connection when it is connected.

Will NOT connect! This used to work but not anymore. Will not log me in … says it times out because of internet connection but all my apps connect and work except this one. Please fix this problem!

Password keeps getting lost and the app password doesn’t appear in my iPhone or iPad settings-passwords. It’s the most frustrating app. It’s like it doesn’t exist, yet it’s installed on both.

The fact that they put “2.0” in the title of the app makes it that so anyone with an iPhone has the number “20” autocorrected to “2.0”. Please rename this app.
App repeatedly won’t log in

At least once a month for close to two years I can’t log in for up to two hours. I try different devices and neither work. I’ve contacted customer support four times and they’ve never done anything but tell me to wait and see if it happens again or fixes itself. Today it has gone off three times and I spent two hours trying to get the app to work again today, to no avail. There was no answer at the phone number provided nor was there an option for a voicemail. I am finding something more reliable. I encourage shoppers to do the same.

This security company is poor. Waited 2 hours to get a customer service agent. Cameras are well below market and the competition in terms of 4k and wireless options. App is very poor. Most times I cannot see any of my 5 cameras. Tried adding another and it won’t work. Once I got to a rep he had to put me on hold to learn how to add a camera??? I am moving my business to another firm. Their attention to detail and lack of empathy or innovation tells me they aren’t serious about their business model.

I’ve been using the app for a few years but I always have trouble arming/disarming my alarm through my phone app. At this moment again. I’ve been trying for almost an hour and it just doesn’t work. Very frustrating!

I elected to stay logged in, but everyday I’m having to log in, with ID and PW is this something new?
