Great system

Have had for seven yrs always reports immediately any power issues and access to system . The system is at my hunting property and in area with generally fair service went to satellite and functions flawlessly and who and when they accessed immediately.

Can’t monitor my front door

I am very disappointed on my service. I can’t see my front door and I can’t open my door from my phone like my other supplier. It’s a shame that I called last week and no one came out yet! What’s the sense getting a camera if it’s not working! Felicia

Missing voice control

Where’s the voice control? I downloaded this app and I can’t control anything via voice. I don’t see Siri Shortcuts or any integration with voice control. Would a reinstall help?

Lacking full accessibility via voiceover

I would love to read this five stars, however it is just not fully accessible. There are several buttons that are not even labeled, and I don’t have the full functionality as everyone else does. It is a simple fix, all they have to do is reach out to Apple and get all the accessibility codes which all app builders already receive. Once it is fully accessible, I will rated five stars.
