The customer support is super efficient and helpful. The cameras and service excellent!

Recently I’ve lost the ability to control my thermostats and lights. I can disable/enable the alarm but all other automation has stopped. My alarm company said that there is a software issue affecting thermostats but a patch has yet to be released. The folks at the alarm company seem to be of limited help so I’m hoping this can be resolved soon!

Notifications don’t work.

This is Honeywell? Maybe you should take some tips from Ring. The notifications don’t work. Which is crucial for us. They worked for a day and then they stopped. Turn it back on and it turns itself off. We are so disappointed, wish I had chosen another company.

Too many failures

The system goes down too often resulting in service calls which cost 150 dollars a pop. I am a lower middle class homeowner and 150 service calls are far too much because the system, doorbells, camera are always goinff down.

I am blind. I live alone. And I’m in my 70s. Total connect has been a lifesaver for me. To be able to navigate my thermostat with my phone is amazing.

Many of the bugs are now worked out and the system response has improved. Not great but definitely good and useable.

The mobile app I had before with Relyco worked AWESOME!! Signed in easily it let Me check door or window openings. This site hard to sign on and set alarm doesnt show anything since installer told Me to use it now. Thats been simce first of November and never shown another update. Like I said this is JUNK compared to what I had with Relyco before.

Nice But Can Only Report Weather in Select Countries

As a Honeywell is a global company with systems sold around the world it would make sense for them to allow customers to set their country location to a place where they actually lived and not be restricted to the select list of countries provided in the application menu. As the location list is limited the system can’t provide proper weather information for clients not in those locales.

Functional but basic

It works but won’t knock your socks off. Profile photos import upside down. No way to set schedules for arming and disarming.
