Too long to process arm/disarm

It takes too long to process an arm or disarm request. Sometimes Sven in the same room as router, after 1.5 min request to disarm, get response unable to connect.

Not much new since the 80s. Honeywell finally has some competition- they will either sink or swim. Too long with a monopoly and complacency regarding customer needs may be reason they sink.

Trouble signing in with Touch ID

I can’t sign in with my Touch ID Oon this app. Able to do so on other apps. Very frustrating. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of the Touch ID because it pops up first. I try it 3 times and then I have to enter my password. Ugh!!!!

November 1, 2017 The cameras were finally re-connected, however, even with the new app the image still blurry and the image is difficult to figure out who it is. I was told by the company who installed the cameras that they’re no longer representing Honeywell or their cameras or equipment. They now have new cameras with a total new plan. I spend almost two thousand dollars plus a monthly fee for three years of $1,620.00 for a total of $3,620.00 for an equipment that from the the start wasn’t what I expected. I was told up to yesterday that Honeywell was working on a new app that would fix the quality of the image. Three years later I still waiting for that magical application. The main question now is, did I lost all of my money for being a reliable customer? Will somebody con forward and assume the responsibility? Will I be compensated in anyway. I will appreciate if some would respond to my question and concerns. Edward Sotomayor Oct 26, 2017 - I continue with two cameras disconnected and have received no help, even though I replied to emails without any response. I do not recommend this cameras or equipment to anyone. Since it was purchased and installed the quality of the cameras change dramatically. Even after being replaced with new ones the problem continues. The equipment is definitely not realizable. Spend around $1800.00 ... I received and email requesting that I sent an email with my registered email. I’m unable as the used the email address provided...if you could send a more friendly email address it will be appreciated. Every time I leave the house is when I need the cameras the most. The cameras continue to be disconnected or out\off line and I’m no able to find out on how to reset the cameras remotely.

It nice to get an alert that you forgot to set alarm, or turn it off and on when you’re out of town.
