Allow for Passcode Unlock as a fallback for FaceId

Decent app. Please consider adding the ability to unlock the app via passcode when FaceID fails. This will avoid the need to hunt around for your account password to get into the app.

Lame Software and Monopoly

Can’t compare to other available software. Ademco is still into a protective monopoly system with the security vendors. Someone should tell they’re dinosaur management that it’s 2021. This software locks out homeowners from seeing their inner workings of their system. Purposely lame.


Terrible functionality, glitchy

Picks up 1 of 5 delivery drop offs right in front of the camera. Notifies 1 of 5 motion detected alerts. Overall, camera is clear but the alerts and notifications are far below acceptable. Do not recommend.


Geofence is working again!

I had previously knocked my rating down to one-*because the geo- fence feature was broken. That bug seems to have been squashed in this release – yay! Thanks for making it work again!!


How to use this app?

1. There is no create account button here in this app. There is no login option in the browser website. 2. I used my Honeywell connect login and it fails. 3. I have a skybell doorbell by Honeywell and can't add it to Honeywell connect app. There aren't much info out there for these products even.

Zero stars. I went with this product rather than Guardian because I trusted the Alarm company, who only uses Honeywell. So I went with Honeywell despite all there interconnectivity issues and lack of integrations with other smart products outside of Honeywell. But still it’s Honeywell, a $billion dollar corporation. Well there stupid app doesn’t work. I can’t arm it or disarm from the app. All the features are super delayed compared to responses times of other smart devices. And despite 2 requests for help over weeks through their help button on the app, nada! Horrible company. Fortunately my alarm. Contract is short term so I will be switching to Guardian who uses alarm.com is no one from HW gets back to me ASAP.

I wish the TC’s app motion sensors reaction time were immediate instead of a 1-2 minute delay. Also sensor adjustments should easier to locate on the TC app!
