Have you noticed you can’t type 20 on your iPhone without it changing to 2.0? That’s because iOS adds app names to your autocorrect list. This app causes your phone to change 20 to 2.0 every single time, so please rename it.

It takes too long to show who is at the door and usually the person leaves before you can see on camera. Ring doorbell will show instant activity. What’s up?

This system is clunky and does not work good. My friends ring doorbell never has issues.
No Face ID or Biometric Login

Every other system we have used all utilize the ability to use Face ID and Biometric. Now, we still have to go through all of the hassles of getting our information out of our security app, adding login, going back to the security app, adding password, then finally logging in to our account. Just to turn off the system when arriving home with groceries. What century are you folks in?
Poorly supported app

Feels very amateurish. Every screen is a low to load. Doesn’t allow deleting devices that are no longer registered to my app. So it shows devices that I can’t control (an old garage door that is no longer registered in the app but still shows as a door on my app. Not great in this day and age of apps.
