Terrible service – Total Connect 2.0 Review
I have been on hold for 2.5 hours trying to figure out why a tech hasn’t showed up today. I’m trying to cancel my service due to terrible customer service which is a breach of contract. I scheduled this over a month ago and find out 20 mins before the end of the window of arrival that they were not coming. If customer service is this terrible, how can I depend on the monitoring service I pay for? Now im being harassed about canceling the piss poor service that I am currently receiving.
