I absolutely love ThredUP and am no longer buying new clothing from stores. All of my purchases are from ThredUP. The clothes are beautiful, the return process if something doesn’t work out is super easy, selling or donating my old clothing is easy, and I feel great that I’m reusing and recycling instead of buying new. Great for me, my wallet, and the environment! Thank you ThredUP!

I love this app! The items are cheap, good quality and it’s good for the environment!!!! The only issues I’ve had is the descriptions and pictures are pretty generic and hard for me to interpret. The search function is also lacking. However the pros far outweigh the cons!

Items take 2+ weeks to arrive, which isn’t impressive. I sent sent in my clean out kit in a month ago and it still says it on it’s way. I think twice before making a purchase with them going forward.

Ok...I downloaded this app because they showed clothes at 75% and more off original sticker price on the advertisement ,but I have yet to find anything over half off...Is there something I’m missing? Like a clearance site? My son worked for American eagle and NEW items were clearanced at 60 and up percent off...So not sure where the deep used clothing discount is?

I love shopping on this app. My only complaint is shipping. It’s takes too long to receive items. I have a home business Abe I ship within 24 hours.

There’s so much waste in the world of clothing—especially women’s clothing—and we spend way too much trying to “look good.” ThredUP is the way to address both of those problems. I’m better dressed, richer, and having more fun with my clothes since I found ThredUP. I don’t shop anywhere else, as a matter of fact (except, you know, for underwear and socks). Family members beg me to buy them gifts from “That place” because they know I can get 10x the value there than anyplace else. Personally, I think there’s a learning curve—figuring out what filters you need in order to get the best options to consider. Save up a lot of “Favorites” before you actually shop, review thoughtfully, fill your cart...then wait 12 hours to make sure no impulse buys are happening, and you’ll be a very happy camper indeed.

This is a great app and a great company to buy from if you want to decrease your environmental footprint!
