This app and the store is great

I tried to search for “lace jacket” and literally nothing came up. Yet, in the search bar, I can see that there are hundreds of options. I can NEVER find what I’m looking for. This app shows very limited results when I search for certain brands (even though there are more results on the actual website). I just want to find things in my size and taste and they make it incredibly difficult and frustrating. Also they should iron or steam the clothes before photographing them... I can’t see what half the products look like all wrinkled up like that.

I’m VERY sad ThredUP is no long affiliated with Ibotta!!! I was willing to shop more when I felt like I getting something a bargain. I was more out to encourage my friends to use both apps. The NEW bidding doesn’t make sense to me. I would think bidding on items that are about to be taken off display would be a better option For both the company, seller, and buyer. Overall I’ve been satisfied with the items I’ve purchase.

I’ve made multiple purchases clothes and accessories. I’ve never had any issues with the items. My items have always come on time. I’ve also sent in some of my clothes to earn some cash and that worked out great.

I am addicted to ThredUP! I shop with ThredUP fairly regularly and have truly loved my experience with this business/ app. The quality and condition of the garments I’ve purchased have always matched the condition noted in the garment’s advert. The frequency of sales is fantastic. Also, when I have had an issue with merchandise or a delivery, I’ve always contacted ThredUP via the app, and received a response within 24 hours. It’s all pretty great - and I highly recommend this app, regularly, to many of my friends and family! ???????

Thred up is scamming me!

I sent out about 7-10 items a month or two ago and they put up my items to around 5-15$. They only sold 8 items and I only get 2.99 payout. If I knew that I would get little money from it, I wouldn’t of started on this app! To top everything off, I tried to reclaim the items that weren’t sold but I have to pay 5$!!! I have to pay for my own clothes back?! This is ridiculous, I’ve only done this once but it will be my last time here.

I am in love with all things ThredUP you can count on them to only ship quality items. The app is easy to use, I am in love with the goodies box and they even will ship a box of favorites! Haven’t had a bad ship yet and it is super easy to return, if needed ;)

Worn or fabulous nothing in between

A few items I received are very nice but sadly many are very worn and I returned them. I’m revising my review now that I am more familiar with this site. I like getting designer items for a discount. I don’t want regular items anymore. Thred up has spoiled me. I’ve found good buys on items that are like new & even some with tags. I shop here first before I shop anywhere. It’s fun & I get a chuckle out of getting a big discount on designer items. ☺️
