App made Easy

Marcusarillious

I tried to set up an appointment on my phone on their website and it was a lot harder. The app made it easy.

Avoid Saturday fees!

msjaymi333

First time using this app through my company and it was a breeze, best of all I avoided an expensive hospital copay, waiting for hours, a copay from my regular doctor and I did it all from my couch.

Awful

dobo1925

This software is full of bugs that freeze the app. Terrible design

Good experience

Carterboysmomma

I've had nothing but good experiences. It's part of our plan in my husbands insurance policy thru work so it's free for us to use. The longest time I've waited for a call back is 30 mins. Its usually five minutes seriously. The doctors are always very professional, I don't call or go in unless it's absolutely necessary. My family has had a lot of minor health issues for years. A lot is seasonal sinus infections. About 2 good ones a year. I try OTC meds for a good week before I call. I've always gotten antibiotics when warranted. Ive called with UTI, which I've suffered with for years. I always buy the OTC test strips and test prior to calling once again always have gotten antibiotics for it. I don't have anything bad to say. You can also take photos and upload as well of your calling about a rash of topical infection.

A doctor within seconds

Dezormo

My primary doctor couldn’t get me in with in the next couple days so I decided to try Teladoc. I cannot believe how fast and efficient it was. It was about a 15 minute phone call to give them my personal information and then the doctor called me back within seconds. After a five-minute phone conversation with the doctor, I had a prescription waiting for me 15 minutes down the road.

Convenient idea. Terrible software.

Garrett Dimon

It can be somewhat handy, but in my experience, it requires a lot of fighting with the software to get it to work, and the instructional content is often wrong or unhelpful.

Wonderful service

impressed in SC

Within 4 mins a doctor called me and was very knowledgeable about my situation. All he needed to do was call in a prescription to my pharmacy and we were done. Painless. And copay-less!
