I downloaded the app because it says as you order you earn free food. That was a lie. My boyfriend and I have spent at least 80 dollars through the app. No free food. Second the menu suddenly won't show up in the app. So every time I order I have to delete the app, renown load the app and sign in. Just to see the menu that should be there always
Only as good as it's franchises

Been consistently disappointed to place an order, drive out of my way to pick it up, only to find the restaurant closed. I live Ina market with close to 20 Taco Bells, and 75% of them declare a 4am close but turn off drive-thru and kitchen whenever they see fit. Seems pointless to write negative Yelp reviews every time, but I have. Needs a national ping to alert that individual stores do not honor orders or hours. Before this trend, loved the deals and ease at pickup window. Each franchise sets it's own price for many items too. App has shone a spotlight on inconsistencies

There doesn't seem to be a search field for the menu items. I can't find one of my favorites, the Encharito. Hope the kinks get worked out soon because the Chick-fil-A app is awesome & I tend to use it for the mere convenience.
TACO BELL is my one fast food vice and I'm not giving it up!!

I really am not a fast food addict- I try to eat somewhat healthy- but Taco Bell is awesome! Everything is good that you order- and I like the app it's convenient and you can get exactly what you like or don't like. Love you Taco Bell, keep up the good work!!!

I love this app! It's simple and shows you want you're getting into. I also love that it shows you the price and the calories of what you're ordering :) and it personalizes things and remembers what you ordered!! Makes my life so simple! Thank you Taco Bell!!
Great for cashless payments

I have used the app for over a year. It is great for those cases where you have no cash or have no credit card with you. I use it when there is a discount offer; but if there is no offer and I have cash, I do not use it. There is not a speed advantage to using the app. It does not use Apple Pay, instead you must enter your credit card info. And one time I got ready to order and the app wanted some additional credit card verification info and that prevented me from using it. One time the app insisted that I update it, and that prevented me from using it.
