It's great to have a customized order to make it easier to get in and out, but if you are going to pay cash or go inside to use this to save time then it's a disappointment. The offers have stopped working which is disappointing.

Ordering is very easy, have had problems with "deals" working. Nice to have order ready when I walk in. App could use a little improvement with minor glitches. Update: app no longer works. Haven't been able to order for months.

Has lots of menu items, but I can read signs when ordering at the store so not helpful. I signed up for deals/rewards. So far nothing. Other food chain apps gave me coupons instantly. Waste of my time and space on my phone.

Great menu if you need one

I downloaded this app earlier today and I've gone through it carefully. It's basically a really good Taco Bell menu. It lists all the items they have in detail and color. The pictures are great pictures. Although I don't know why I would want to download an app that gives me a great menu for Taco Bell. When I click on offers there's nothing in there it just says nothing now coming soon. The reviews that I've read advise against ordering remotely and there are no coupons or deals on the app so I will just delete this. I don't see a value in it. Other apps offer coupons or preferential treatment for repeat customers. I didn't see any of that on this app.

Requires your location to use, but read carefully, only option is to let it use your location even when you have the app closed. No thanks, not willing to let Taco Bell spy on me. Not only am I deleting the app, I will avoid eating at their stores as this is just bad form.

When I'm craving Taco Bell I open this app mad from baby Jesus himself and figure out my order ahead of time so it goes faster when I'm line. Genius
What happened to deals? App is no longer useful!

As others have stated there are too many bugs, glitches and problems with the store when trying to use the app, however it was worth the hassle of the online ordering when there were deals in the OFFERS section and 'SAVE SOME COIN ON YOUR NEXT VISIT' and there haven't been deals in a really long time so I'm deleting the app as it is not convenient easy ordering ahead at all, now the app just takes up space and saves me no money which makes the app now useless. Also, if you don't screenshot your order plan on not getting all your food and you'll have issues!
Keeps crashing

Every time I open it it crashes. I can’t open the app. Clearly it doesn’t work on the X. Same issues with my 7+. This app is horrible like their food.
