In the beginning, this app was sooooo easy to use and worked great. It has since become super unreliable and almost never works correctly. Gives TONS of error messages both when trying to sign in and also when trying to place orders. Also, they never have special offers and they always used to??♀️

Very dissatisfied that they have an offers tab but never have any offers. Just says “nothing right now, but that’ll change soon.” Ive had the app for a few months but they never offer anything. I had other fast food apps because I like to save money and nearly all of them offer coupons or deals. Just on a budget and don’t like thinking they’ll be offers when there isn’t.

App is good for making sure your order is right. However, never any discount offers makes it not worth using. I get so tired of Taco Bell bringing in new foods too and then getting rid of them. I wish I had another fast food Mexican restaurant nearby!!!

This app makes ordering so easy and fast. I never knew there were so many different options until this app came along. Other apps for restaurants don't even compare to how great and fine tuned this one is. Everything I could possibly want to add is right at my fingertips. My only complaint is that they may as well remove the offer tab, because I haven’t seen a offer on there since the app was initially released.
Outdated menu & no more coupons

I love this app but I wish there was an option to pay cash at the restaurant through this app. Also the menu is outdated and still has items that are no longer available on it. Bring back the coupons please! Updated 12-17: nothing has been updated. Listen to your customers please. I love the app but I wish there was a cash option because the people that work there cannot comprehend special orders.
