As if I needed further incentive to make tbell runs.

Next time I'll hit the "I'm here" button before I leave my house. They didn't even start making my order until I walked in the door. That's the whole point of the app! So I don't have to wait for my food. Our Taco Bell has always had problems though.

Can't create account

Will not let me create an account using Facebook or Email. I keep getting error messages. Tried closing the app and doing it over again, as well. Same outcome.

Really not a very good UX due to a lack of completion

Pretty much an interactive banner ad that tells you nothing, provides you with no incentive and can't locate stores easily.

Love the app would just like to see more offers maybe bogo or free somethings w/ purchase or $ off of so much spent and maybe a loyalty club when using app or buying food at the restaurant

Love the app, but a few improvements needed. Would be nice to have a no ice or easy on the ice option for beverages. Also, when you are a vegetarian , if an item has beef and beans, you have to put no beef, but you have to add beans, and they charge $0.60 for it when it technically already has it. Or when you sub beans, they charge for it.

I have a large family and we usually have a large order--yes, we're the people that back up the drive-thru! I had hoped the app was a way for us to order in advance without backing up the drive-thru, but it doesn't save us any time since we have to be in the store to order. Almost a great app.

There really is no easier way to get my order right. But half the time, the app can't seem to show me my previous orders or favorite items. Also, how long has it been since they have had a special offer? I haven't seen one in forever.

I thought I would try the mobile app but it was a nightmare. At least at this Taco Bell. The manager had to keep yelling at the employees to quit fighting and even after ordering from the app, I still had to wait almost an hour. TERRIBLE
