Unreliable and Not Terribly Useful

When the app first came out, there were frequent and useful offers. Now, there are none, but not to worry because new offers are "coming soon" (and have been for the past 10 months at least). I've ordered successfully off the app a few times, but it's also taken money that I've loaded to the app and not processed my order a few times. Do not recommend.
Vaguely functional

Multiple CC Charges, horrible slow UI, and an unreliable process make this no faster or pleasant than just ordering in store.

I placed an order through the app , Their fryer wasn’t working and they said they couldn’t refund my money for my order . Called customer service and they never gave me my money back.
Ugly UI, Hard to Navigate

I just wanted to order in advance but the app is clunky and is not intuitive at all. I had to dig to find the order button. Just an ugly app a 5th grader could code.
Menu doesn’t update

Why doesn’t the menu update. The $5 Cravings deal is not on the app, among many newer things

The app takes forever to send orders to the actual store even though they tell you it’ll be there. It’s a good thing they don’t give you a promise time, I guess cuz the staff would fail due to the shortcomings of the app. It should not take an app ten minutes or more to send an order to the location.

I ordered ahead but people in line after I ordered received food before me. Love the ability to customize the menu items.
