The locator feature could not even find a Taco Bell near me. I ended up going on to yelp to find where the five closest ones were. This app was virtually useless. I couldn’t do an order, I couldn’t seem to do anything except see what ingredients were in certain items. This was wasted space on my phone.

Aside from the fact that this app is still formatted for iPhone 5 and below screen wise, the thing wouldn't send my orders because of a "problem with my card" but it sure didn't have a problem putting a hold for the funds 3 times on my card for the times I double and triple checked my info. That hold had better get lifted. Don't waste your time and potentially your money with this piece of trash. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I have cell data, but this app forced me to use WiFi to tell them I was at their location. All attempts to load the app claimed that I had no internet service. Connecting to a network resolved this issue, five min after I arrived. Just stand in line to order, much less stressful.

Doesn’t submit the order until you are ready to pickup, so there is zero time savings.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add a green sauce option for your burritos, especially bean & cheese. You offer other sauce options so not sure why this can’t be done. I can never use this app when ordering for my family.

UNABLE TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER Application rarely works, I have notified Taco Bell via Facebook messenger several times, literally over 6 months now, they can never fix it

If you use this app, do NOT load a form of payment into it. Only use it to order, but PAY AT THE STORE. They consider your order “delivered” when you tell the app where you want to receive your order (inside or the drive-thru). When you click to make that choice they charge your form of payment, and if there are problems with the system, or your order, you are just out of luck ... a charge with no food!!! Oh, and don’t think the receipt they send will matter - this has happened to me twice now and that “receipt” meant nothing. They will happily cheat you out of the food for which you paid, and not blink an eye. I guess it’s an OK app, but not much better than just ordering at the restaurant, and certainly a lot more risky from a payment standpoint.

There hasn't been a single discount in the "offers" section of this app for over a year. I mobile ordered breakfast once on a snow day. The store happened to be opening late. I got no notification or contact, so I went to the store. They didn't have any food made yet and "no money in the drawer, come back later for a refund." I went back later and the manager REFUSED to refund me or give me the food. She told me to DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK. I demanded the contact information for the district manager, which she gave me. He "sent me coupons" which never arrived. He showed me a picture of the returned envelope because he wrote the wrong last name. Then he never resent. I will never trust the Taco Bell in Wyomissing PA again. The store at 402 Madison Ave in Reading PA is my local Taco Bell. Regularly, my mobile order never shows up on their screen even 5 whole minutes after marking "I'm here." So a team member has to write down my order on a piece of paper. Talk about an awkward experience. It's happened 3 times.
