Restaurants Not Being Able to Fulfill Your Order

I have ordered food using the Taco App many times and of those times I have ordered, the restaurant was not able to make the item I ordered and due to the fact I ordered through the Taco Bell App the restaurant was not able to refund me. The Taco Bell app does not provide you with opportunity to complain and or request assistance and thus you do not get a refund. Don’t use the app. The restaurant may not be able to make it.

I have tried to use this app several times, but every time I open the app, it tells me that my device is offline and to check my internet connection. It doesn’t matter if I’m on Wi-Fi, 5G, or LTE. I always get the same message. So even though I’ve downloaded the app, I’ve never actually been able to use it.

It is literally impossible to apply any deals using this app. For example right now when I go into the app it says buy $2 burrito get the second one for 50% off. One would think that that would mean that you would simply add the two burritos to your cart and the app would apply 50% off. But you would be incorrect it would just charge you the normal four dollars. This same experience applies to any offer that is provided on the app they are impossible to redeem. In addition the app is constantly glitching and not excepting payment or updating the store correctly. My advice to this development team is to take a look at the McDonald’s app, the deals apply flawlessly, The store does not charge you until you get there and the order is confirmed, the process is entirely seamless!

So far I wait longer for my order using this app than I do if I just ordered in the drive thru. No thanks. Also they have things you can order through the app that somehow you can’t order at the drive thru
