I love this app! It makes it so much easier to order specific items. If I don't want jalapeño sauce on the tostada, it's not there! Much easier than giving an order to the cashier (especially when you're ordering for a lot of picky people!) My only complaint is that they haven't added any new offers lately... I used to always be able to count on a free taco or percent discount or $2 off a $10 order... Bring them back please! Lol

The app was a great idea in theory, but has tons of glitches and bugs. If it worked the way it was supposed to I would be a big fan.
Does Not Save Time

This app saves no time compared to ordering in the store. They force you to pay when you order, but do not make the food ahead of time. After you pay the app displays something like "we'll start making your food when you arrive." Then you give the cashier your order number from the app. I would expect an app like this to allow you to select a pickup time, like Chipotle or a pizza place, but they don't have that feature. Unless you really don't want to tell a human your order, this app has no benefit.

I used to love the app, but for the past 2 months, it's been literally impossible for me to order. The payment function is broken, both with Visa checkout and with the regular card pay. Fix it and get it up and running again!!
Clunky and awkward to use

I don't want any app to access my location when I'm not using the app. Can't use the app if you don't like tracking. Should not be forced.

I have the McDonald's app and there is always promotions and free stuff. This app gives you nothing. What's the sense. I can see the menuI if I go there and order at the same time. Bottom line, Taco Bell might want to look at the McD App....
