Lacking necessary functionality

Where to start, moreover, the Taco Bell app is just a hot mess. Firstly, the full menu isn’t even available via the mobile app: “boxes”, seasonal selections, limited time promotions, & etc. These are often nationally televised items you CANNOT order via their app even if you want too. Secondly, you can’t search items or leave a message for staff via the app. Frankly, the scrolling forever menu isn’t good either unless you know the menu by heart. Lastly, why do they not accept Apple Pay? This is 2017 Taco Bell, get with the picture. I shouldn’t have to whip out my credit card every time I order to avoid identify theft.

Not sure why everyone is complaining as this app has worked perfectly for me on my Samsung and iPhone 7 Plus.

App was fast easy to use. Food was great. Took a lot less time then going in or threw the drive-through. PLUS I got to do it from the comfort of home! That was great.

There is a reason we use apps for fast food chains. It’s not because we have to know what’s on the menu this week or what social activity they have done this week. It’s for discounts and coupons. This app has none so don’t waste your data

Ordering with this app is very convenient because you get to skip the line and order when you want. It is nice take your see a visual of all the item on the menu. It is much easier for me to see them on my phone then the menu at the store. It is also better to have the opinions to modified the food your ordering to have to how you want it.

I haven’t been able to log in to the app since Saturday. I’m getting very frustrated.

There used to be stuff like 10%-off when the app launched, but no offers have shown up on my devices in nearly 2 years at this point. Why not introduce a rewards program that grants a customer points towards free food with each mobile order?

Not a very good app at all. Ordered food and it never got sent to the store. Waited 45 minutes and finally the clerk just wrote my order down and made it.
