Absolutely pointless app

It’s main purpose would be setting up an appointment. I set up a time, get there 10 minutes early. And still have to wait ONE WHOLE FREAKIN HOUR after I get here. Happened multiple times. I understand that the app tells you that it’s not an appointment, so then what the heck is the app for????

I've been using this app for a while. The Supercuts by me gets busy from time to time so it's nice to know I'm already on the list before I go over there. Recommended especially if you're a Supercuts regular.
Easy to find a salon and check hours

I use this app when I’m traveling and need to get a quick haircut in an unfamiliar location. It saves my preferred location but also lets me search locally. Super convenient and super easy!

Not all of the stylists, who are currently working, are listed. No way of finding out when a certain stylist would be working. No way to grade the stylist or experience. It's lacking in so many ways, that just calling will be better and faster!

This app is a complete waste of time. I try to book an appointment and it never shows my stylist as being available even though he’s working. Furthermore, the stylists’ don’t like it. If they don’t give you a wet towel afterwards (which mine never does), then the app asks you and provides negative feedback to the stylist. So, I’m onto another stylist. Some Supercuts stylists are good but most are truly awful.

This app is really easy to use and helped me avoid the one thing I hate more than anything in Suburbia -- waiting in line! It took me about 20 seconds to start using the app and get checked in. I would have waited 20-30 minutes, but instead I walked in and as soon as they finished with someone I was up! Even though there were two walk ins sitting there, I slipped in ahead of them because I was checked in. COOL! Service was reasonably priced and staff was professional. Thanks!!
App does not work

This app stinks. Not worth the hassle. Does not work more than half the time. It freezes and you cannot add guest. Please fix! Got a haircut two days ago and today I tried to make appointment for my wife and I couldn’t. It still had my appointment confirmation frozen from 2 days ago.
