Absolutely pointless app – Supercuts Hair Salon Check-in Review

It’s main purpose would be setting up an appointment. I set up a time, get there 10 minutes early. And still have to wait ONE WHOLE FREAKIN HOUR after I get here. Happened multiple times. I understand that the app tells you that it’s not an appointment, so then what the heck is the app for????
