I want to get a haircut today. I went to open the app and they have one of these new ‘info’ screens you see in many apps, but after a few swipes I get to a place that simply stops responding and since the info screen is modal I cannot use the app unless/until I get out of this screen, so I cannot use the app. Bummed. Too bad no one actually tested the app before submitting for review, and too bad the Apple testing suite didn’t catch the problem, at least on iPhone X.

Don’t waste your time with this app. It’s slow. Takes forever to find local Supercuts. Once it finds one, you’re locked to it and it won’t find any other salons in your area. I deleted the app. Worthless

Great convenience feature

Love the ability to check in via the app, though not all salons in our area support it. Would be great if you added the ability to track the history of my visits. I often prefer certain stylists at each location, but don’t always remember them by name. So would be cool to have ‘preferred’ stylists for locations I visit.

One thing I would add is somewhere to add your favorite stylist....sometimes I can’t remember who cut my hair last....it’s hardly the same one

I believe that the application should be able to make a booking prior to the shops opening. If the first person is at 9:00 and I go in at 8-8:15. I couldn’t make an appointment when it was convenient for me or my husband. This would allow the stylists time to prepare prior to the first appointments and not make all the appointments run late. I agree that we should be able to put everything thing we would like to get done to give the stylists the time they need to prepare for and give the correct time to the clients. If you want happy people working for you and also the happy patrons don’t squish us all together.

1. It’s hard to choose the time because when you “spin” the times, you have to stop perfectly on your desired time, otherwise it will stop wherever and you’ll have to start spinning again. 2. Under available stylists it only shows whoever is working at this moment. For example: if it’s 11 am now, I cannot schedule for this afternoon, because my stylist starts at 2pm and his name is not on the list yet.

Appointment confirmation is meaningless

Confirmed appointment at specific location with stylist (that has a very unique name). Arrived at SuperCuts & they had no record of appointment. Despite screenshot of confirmation...assumption was that I did something wrong. Do better!

Need to have transparency(in salon monitor with wait list names and estimated wait time), and accurate check in time quotes so we don’t waste our time checking in online only to wait well beyond the promised time once we arrive at the salon. Add a text when ready feature. Others like Great Clips will start talking your market share if you don’t get this figured out.

Only works as well as the salon.

It’s not really possible for us to tell how well this app works, because when we’ve gone to the salon after signing in via the app, the people at the desk seem to put us at the end of the line. At signin, the app says there’s a ten minute wait; we arrive and check in ten minutes later, and then sit and wait as they take care of every single person who arrived before we did. Saves no time as compared to just showing up. Whatever this app does to communicate with the salon’s system does not seem to communicate honestly with the customer.
