App doesn’t work anymore

frojoe2003

Somehow lost the ability to check into an appointment with the last update. Has one of the worst UIs of any of the apps I use. This shouldn’t be that difficult.

WORST APP EVER

rmtwbsm

It takes a lot for me to make a phone call over using an app...congrats...you nailed it! Let me repeat...WORST APP EVER!

App not working!

jkdizl

The app keeps telling me I need to update to proceed. I have the most up to date version of the app... updated yesterday! The app was working the last time I got a haircut, pre-update.

Reservation means come in and wait.

War breath

I've had good results with the appointments. My biggest complaint is that when you make a reservation, this means that you reserve a spot at a particular time and you get that spot or close to it. If 6 people walk in before you get there, you slide your spot. Why is there a reservation then?

Waste of time (was a loyal customer of 20 years)

Aspen09876

I was a loyal customer for 20 years and this app is a complete waste of time for both consumer and business. It’s so bad that I am forever boycotting Supercuts and will do everything in my power to not spend another dollar there. It’s not a reservation tool, merely an add to the list where walk-ins get preferential treatment. Also, the stylists are not capable of keeping track of guests while cutting hair and use poor judgement when trying to figure who called, who used the app, who just randomly walked in. I’ve had too many instances when I have wasted afternoons and evenings waiting for a mismanaged business to attempt to deliver a service or not receiving a haircut at all... like today. It’s official, Supercuts is a cheap, low quality product, that cares little for their employees and consumers. If this review stops one person from downloading then it was worth it

What’s the point of this app???

Matt10187

When you open this app it basically asks you if you want to “check in” for an upcoming haircut time at a location. Then when you confirm your “check in” time it tells you it’s not an appointment. So yesterday I thought I won’t bother “checking in” because whats the point?? Then I you showed up at and they badgered me to ask if I’ve “checked in” or not. Is there a reason for this? Is it some kind of way I can connect to Facebook to show all my friends I’m about to get a crappy haircut for $12.50????

Does its Job

I’ve been using the app since it came out, and it always has worked fine for me. It has seemed to make my waits for a haircut shorter too.

Doesn’t work anymore

Sky2539

This app used to work great. It is a little frustrating because the online check-in isn’t actually an appointment. Other than that the app did what it’s supposed to. Now, however, the app is just taking up space on my phone. Before this most recent update, I couldn’t fill out the form for the online check-in. Because of this, I haven't used the app for months. After updating today, I can't even login to my account. Tired of it.

No options for type of service

Commuter3141592654

The app works and remembers my salon. But the only service I can order is a supercut. Boo. That means I hog my stylist for a cut and color but the system only reserves enough time for the basic cut. This screws up the stylist’s schedule.

App bad as the stylist

PrintVideo2Web

The most useless application.
