Can’t check in

Frequently can’t check in on the app. I’m trying during business hours, I have an account already. This problem is still occurring as it has been for months. It at least still shows the stylists so I can see who’s available.
No wonder great clips is killing these guys

They don’t even honor the check in system in this app. Made an appointment via this app. Showed up on time. The lady closed up the shop an hour prior to my arrival. Was rude an unprofessional when asked why she closed so early. I got no hair cut. I’m deleting this app and not returning to any super cuts. Val vista shops Supercuts. Val vista and southern in Mesa Arizona.

It definitely serves its purpose. Locate nearby or search, check in, and the occasional coupon. Suggestion: isnt there rewards like the 5th haircut free? Keep track of progress?
Unreliable App Performance

I have this app on my Android and iPad, but 3/4 of the time it doesn’t work to check in. I can only call!! Don’t need an app for that! This morning the app cannot be found in the iPad App Store for my friend to download! This is not unusual at all!!! What’s the problem??

It’s funny that your app does nothing google maps doesn’t do. It shows me a location and a way to call. You large competition in Seattle tells me how long the wait is at a glance and signs me in with a couple buttons. I already deleted the app as it’s a waste of my time.

... the app tells me I’m checked in and in the list but the store has no record of it. Do not rely on this in its current form.
The app lies

When you look at your salon it says there is a 20 minute wait. Then when you are confirming the appointment it gives you a time 3 hours later. Obviously the app developer doesn’t know how time works.

The title in the App Store clearly states that you can check in with this app. What a lie, that's not possible. The app is useless. Can't check in online using my phone to access the web site, either. Amazing that Supercuts keeps responding to posts from customers saying the app does not work, by asking the customers to email with contact info. Why don't they just download the app and try to use it? Then they would see how worthless the app is.
