Online check in on app always seems to be not working! Ugh ? Such a hassle calling and waiting for the information you should be able to get from app!! Please fix this!!

How stupid does one need to be to exclude existing customer from one’s app. I have an existing account in their directory but they no longer let me use it since my email address contains a dash (-). The account is working fine on their website. It’s only the mobile app that is broken. Don’t they do any app testing?

App and content need work. At times I’m shown there are no openings or the stylist I want is busy. When I get to shop it’s empty or my stylist is free. Also there needs to be a phone number in the app. That way if I want to check I can call without having to go to another app or contact list to get the number. Waste of time.

Hard to select the stylist you want. Scroll selects next hairstylist and bumps back to last screen.

You sign up for a certain time but still have to wait. Sometimes more than an hour !!

Not sure how the Regis corporation has failed so miserly on maintaining this app, when they have released an app for SmartStyle that while not perfect is great improvement over this app. This app will no longer show you a list view and lacking a lot of features the SmartStyle app has.

I have used this app and was able to schedule appointments successfully in the past but it doesn’t work any more at-least it never worked in the past 2 years. Developers, very poorly constructive application. This is the worst application that has a potential to be used by thousands of customers, loosing a very good revenue stream.

The app doesn’t work most of the time - telling me the salon isn’t available or the person I want to see isn’t an option to choose even though they are working. If I call there is no problem. But the app should be more efficient so I can book through it. Often times when it doesn’t work I just go elsewhere. I enjoy the convenience of the app and so when it works I will gladly choose Supercuts.
