Appointment confirmation is meaningless – Supercuts Hair Salon Check-in Review

Confirmed appointment at specific location with stylist (that has a very unique name). Arrived at SuperCuts & they had no record of appointment. Despite screenshot of confirmation...assumption was that I did something wrong. Do better!
