This app us do to work fine but a few months ago it became a hot mess. It won’t clear old check-ins. I have to call a 1-800 number if my login does not work. No, let me do that over email or text. Too many issues, I have deleted it.

I’m in and out in less then 15 mins with a great haircut. Check in on the app and walk in the door and right to my seat almost every time. Thank you to Erica at Deerfield Center and Beatriz at The 23hundred for great haircuts all the time!

App is very easy to use. Thanks for the $3 off coupon! **Market Street San Diego CA is the supercut I go to! Clean, cozy, great wide waiting area and have free fast WiFi! Stylist ELIZA is fantastic! Friendly, fast, great skill and very professional!

Not much of an app

Would like to make appointments. Would like to see product selections. Would like to know something about stylists like specialized training, preferences, etc. none of that’s available. Crashes fairly often, too.

False Error Messages

I tried checking in using the app, but I just got a spinning ball and after about 5 minutes an error message popped up. When I resubmitted, it told me I had an active check-in on file. I tried to view check-ins, but, again, just got the spinning ball. Nevertheless, I took my chances and was relieved to find that I was, indeed, checked-in. My first instinct upon receiving the error was to go to a competitor. I downloaded the app in the past, but found it worthless and deleted it. On a whim, I tried it again today. I was, to say the least, not impressed. I think an error prone app is worse than not having an app at all.

The app says there is no wait however when you check in the app says you are scheduled up to 1 hour later.

Makes it SO easy to coordinate with my stylist.

Love the App and I use it a lot to reserve appointment for myself and my family, but I wish for more options like being able to pay via App, Being able to purchase Gift Card via App, being able to get reward points and use it for hair cut or purchase products in store or on line, being able to use credit cards, Apple Pay, or PayPal via App to pay .
