Still can’t check-in

At first I had no problems with the app.. It was actually very convenient. Then a few years ago it stopped working. Well, everything works except I can’t check in. I can go into the website and check in but it’s a pita as you have to log in every time and doubly so because you have to type in everything on your phone. I’ve tried reinstalling the app sever time with no luck.

This app is not living up to the summary provided in the App Store. It is not providing ease of making appointments nor app check-in. Since the previous review was made in November, you have had plenty of time to get this straight. If I need directions to a store, I could just google instead.

It was a little clunky selecting the location I can see from my window. It then tells me there's a 30 minute wait. Perfect. Except the earliest I can check in is 90 minutes away. Why? Time zone issue? I don't know, but it makes the app feel like I can't trust it.

Why does a haircut place need almost as much info as my bank?!! It does NOT. I just want a haircut - NOT a mortgage loan!

Downloaded app just so I could check in online, and there is no option to check in.
Not very helpful if you have time constraints

Every time I try to sign in it freezes on the “confirming” screen, and it usually underestimates the wait time by at least 15 minutes. So I’ve often gone to the salon only to find that I don’t have time to get my haircut at lunch hour.

You should include a short bio of the stylist once a salon is selected as a "favorite".
