List the cost of the services

I would be nice to know the cost of services prior to setting an appointment.

It's nearly impossible to scroll to the time you want to check in without it picking the wrong time for you. Took me about 6 tries trying very hard to touch it just right with my pinky finger. More importantly, when you check your appointment it doesn't show you your appointment time, just the location and store hours. There's more, but I'm bored with this.

Update: Setting the time is there now but the gestures are clumsy - I had to try 6 times to scroll to a later time. The app kept exiting with a time too early. Should wait for me to confirm that I’m done scrolling. ===== Very convenient. One suggestion.. I made an appointment and wanted to change the time, but there was no apparent option for this. Also, when I then cancelled and tried to make a new appointment, my personal details were not populated, until I exited and reopened the app.

Stop redrawing map

Please stop redrawing the map each time the user touches the map. It takes a long time and is a horrible experience. Just set the region and drop pins once. Then, give the user the opportunity to recenter if they choose.

The app does not work correctly. I just installed the app and setup an account online so that I could check in online and get my name on the waitlist. The app is not letting me check in, select any services, nor is it letting me pick a stylist. Maybe I’ll do business with a more expensive salon that has a better online experience.

The app estimated times are rarely accurate. Not all services such as shampoo only are available on app. Very few choices. For the most part it is good for checking in. Easier than calling but should still call salon to confirm accurate.

Overall it’s a great tool to use. There are times where the wait time is off in the app which can be irritating but that is rare. I feel the app helps move things a long.

Poor Design

Unable to create an account without turning on the locator. A user should have the right to select their location manually when generating an account. Overview of Problem: After entering user information there is no error message nor ability to select a location. User is stuck in a loop and you have to exit the app. Then turn on locator and re-enter user information to create a new account. Not a good first impression!

The only benefit in using this is to SEE THE WAIT time and to check yourself in online before arrival. But checking in DOES NOTHING. I arrive, say I checking in on line, employee says, “oh...” and actually checks me in, and informs me of a long wait when the App said “no wait” or “5 mins.” I’ve asked employees about it and they acknowledge that it doesn’t work, suggest I do not use it, and “just call” instead.
