False Error Messages – Supercuts Hair Salon Check-in Review

I tried checking in using the app, but I just got a spinning ball and after about 5 minutes an error message popped up. When I resubmitted, it told me I had an active check-in on file. I tried to view check-ins, but, again, just got the spinning ball. Nevertheless, I took my chances and was relieved to find that I was, indeed, checked-in. My first instinct upon receiving the error was to go to a competitor. I downloaded the app in the past, but found it worthless and deleted it. On a whim, I tried it again today. I was, to say the least, not impressed. I think an error prone app is worse than not having an app at all.
