Multiple times I’ve checked in ahead of time online and had walk-ins come in right before me and get served first. I don’t see the point of checking in online when they keep a first come first serve policy. Checking in online does nothing to save you a place in line. I don’t know what this app is good for except sharing my data with Supercuts, so I’m deleting it. The developer keeps responding to these reviews with equally worthless requests for more discussion. There is no reason for customers to waste our time doing that. Just fix your store policies and this wouldn’t be an issue.
Wait times Inaccurate

I always book with store displaying 0min wait. I still expect some wait as the application recommends. However, without fail, in every instance, there are people in chair, there are stylists in back on some sort of break not helping, and when I think they are going to take me, they take someone else explaining that “they called in”; and I wait up to 45min still. Very disappointing!

This app does not let me check in or select my stylist like I use to be able to do. All it says is “call salon”. That is the only option. Why did you change the whole system? I could have just looked the number up to call. So frustrated!!

I can look at other stores and check in but for some reason my favorite location is stuck on “call salon”. App issue? Store issue? Please fix it. (Hancock shopping center, Austin TX)
No more Mobile Check-in, always Call Salon-lost its Only Useful Features

Supercuts stepped back 2 decades in time thru latest app update. No more Mobile Check-in available. The app only says Call Salon. Why should we call the salon, when we used to check-in and select the time and stylist. The app has lost all of its Useful Features, now it's just a total wasted app. Why bother to use it any more? Worthless. Doesn't even post the store hours.

I loved this app for its ease of use, but lately, I am no longer able to make an appointment using the app. All I can do is call the store. If that’s all I can do, there is no point in having the app. Please fix this issue, when working properly, I use this app every time I need a haircut.
