I've entered everything correctly even my passcode and yet I still can't login.

Tried resetting the password 4 times and after finally being able to access the initial screen, the app will simply refuse to allow the user to set a 4-digit code> BTW, what is really needed is Touch ID support, Subway.

Love SUBWAY Food: DELICIOUS App: COULD BE INPROVED If you can quickly order without having to log in or create a username & password as well as accept Apple Pay within the app that would make this a 5 star app Got a bit infuriated at not being able to check points on my subway card in my last review but that's just reactionary to persistent technology issues so don't take it personal Your food is great your app & website could be better

Very poor customer experience

For the second time, the store is claiming they never received my order even when I show them the order number with store address and that my card was charged. They tell me to call Subway corporate to get my money back. The catch, Subway has set it up so that you can't talk with anyone after 5pm. Really?!? I put in a complaint via the app but it errors out every time I go to submit it. How do I get my money back? Beware.

I like "subway melts" with Swiss cheese and honey mustard on whole wheat bread. Unfortunately none of those options are available even though I can order all of that in person. Why is the app so limited???!!!

I would go to subway a lot more often if this app wasn't so horrible. Even worse the employees don't know how to take a payment with it. It's not even isolated, I travel all over the country and every single restaurant the employees don't know what's going on. Take some lessons from Starbucks app.

I I love having the ability to add subway cards and other debit cards to the app so that I don't have to pull out my wallet in order to pay at subways. Having a subway store locator in the app is also great plus. The only con I can see about this app is the inability to put in an online order an upgrade your drink from the standard small in the simple six menu to a 30 or 40 ounce drink.
