The app is great, but connecting with your account is a mess - I’ve tried to reset my password 5 times but it won’t send an email. So I give up. Sending out a password reset is about the easiest thing a company can do — too bad Subway can’t handle it. Update: 5 months later and I still can't create an account on the website OR on the app. Subway please fire your entire app dev team and start over.

This app does what's promised and yes Touch ID and Apple Pay would be nice additions to the process. Besides that great overall and my subway gets my order right and it ready by the time I get there. Awesome!!!

I was done ordering and all but it wouldn't let me check out unless I put a subway cars in which I don't have so I was unable to send my order in
Keeps declining payments

Used successfully for 2-3 weeks but now declines payment every time! Called my credit card and they say it is on subway app side and not there's. Just start taking Apple Pay and this would be a problem. Hope they fix soon but until then they get 1 star.

Smooth as eggs. Didn't receive printout of receipt to submit a review for a free cookie. Tried submitting a feedback via the app, but no cookie there. Sad.

The first time I tried to check out, the app dumped the order from the shopping cart. After re-entering 4 sandwich orders and entering my credit card info, the app wouldn't accept payment.
