I can’t order anything esp if I use a deal because it says I’ve ordered too much and there is a limit on sandwiches… I am in a household of four people however it only lets me order 2 sandwiches…. Not convenient at all

Love the App and all but why can’t all the fixings be on the app? Not even all the bread choices are there! What’s up with that ?
Veggie patty not available in app

You can’t order the veggie patty in the app. I’ve been to multiple locations and just been told no. It’s impossible to take advantage of the deals and build rewards in the app if you can’t order with it.

Insane delivery fee of $6 + Tip for one mile! I would rather that go to the driver. Additionally, you can’t use a gift card in conjunction with another payment method.

Literally the worst app I have ever used. I have never used another app where purchasing something was so difficult and often made impossible. It’s as if this app is telling you Subway doesn’t want you to order.
This should be against the Geneva convention

This is the most infuriating food app I’ve ever used. Takes 5 minutes to load any change in menu. Followed by an inevitable error that wipes your entire order, eliminating 15 minutes of your day and giving you a stroke

App doesn’t go thru with special promotions like 3 subs for 2!!!! I just went to Firehouse subs instead

Works good except be nice if you could use partial gift cards on the app to pay. I currently have a couple gift cards on the app with a couple dolls on them that I can’t use because the app won’t process payment unless the source is for the whole amount from one source.
