Fine until the key moment

I wasted a lot of time today trying to order on the app. First lunch, then dinner. Both times, the order repeatedly refused to go through in the Purchase step, with a bizarre pop-up saying simply “Default Sorry Please try again.” Had leftovers instead.


No Promo Codes Work and Prices to High

No Memphis TN area Subway restaurants allow promo codes. Prior to the pandemic most locations took the codes. Subway prices are now about the same as competitors but subway has a lot less meat than the others. They also just removed the deluxe option for 1.5x the meat. You can only get 2x.

Please add a way to tip the sandwich artists. Also, it would be great to have the option to pick a time for pick up vs having the food ordered and made ASAP.

Didn’t receive half of order-called no resolution

Received my delivery with half the order missing. I called the store and received no resolution after a very frustrating conversation

Love the app except one thing… when I have a gift card, it doesn’t let me use that AND another payment method. So my gift card just sits there if my order is more than the GC balance. And it wouldn’t let me reload. Combing gift cards would also be a nice option. Thanks!

No way to complete order

When I tried to place my order, I got the message that my card had expired. I used the “add payment method” link to update my debit card and clicked on “save.” I did that at least ten times, but every time I got the message that the card had expired. Then I tried with a different card with the same result. After 45 minutes of trying, I was never able to place my order. Then I ordered from another company.
