A good start, but needs serious work

Unreliable. Login to the app will lock up at times or be very slow to load. Unable to consistently add funds to a registered gift card- unclear why. There is potential to be charged twice for 1 meal if you aren't paying attention- has happened to me. I gave up trying to get a refund. Compared to the functionality of other fast food apps, this one needs a lot of work. It is still working like a first generation app.

Because of the lack of support after your last update that ruined the app. I haven't been to Subway nor will I ever return. Good luck and I hope you continue to lose loyal customers.

I just ordered a Subway sandwich exactly the way I like it without actually talking to anyone. Awesome, right? There are less and more options, too, in case you want just a few pickles but a whole bunch of lettuce. You can even pay for your food in the app so that all you have to do when you get there is tell the cashier you ordered a sandwich and then you can just walk out with it. On top of that, the app can access your phone's map application to ensure that you're heading to the right Subway. Needless to say, I'm impressed.
Buggy waste of time

I'm not able to login, getting an error message to contact customer service (no further explanation). Clicking "App Support" in the App Store brings me to a sales-focused main page. I shouldn't have to dig to get customer service!

One of the better mobile fast food Apps out there. So easy to use. Love the order history and ability to transfer balances and consolidate cards. So long plastic!
Waste of time

Tried on three occasions to order through the app but never able to save it. I'll go to Firehouse instead, cleaner stores and better quality.
Can't even place an order.

I made an account. I can't place an order. Just freezes for no reason. Whoever made this, rethink your life. Hard.

1/2 the time it works, 1/2 the time it doesn't. Get all the way thru, & then will decline every card I have in the system. I go in & they say, "Everyone says that!" Waste my time!
