Cut To The Front of the Line to Get Exactly What I Want!

This is an excellent, efficient app. Even when I'm tired or pressed for time, I order exactly what sandwich and specific toppings I want, it tells me the price, I pay, and 15-20 minutes later, I pick it up. You get a great, healthy lunch on your terms even in a hurry! I love this app! It keeps a record of your ordering history, so if you have a favorite, you can just press a button. It's already charged your cc or debit card, so literally all you do is show up! Thanks, Subway! The workers know me by now, which is nice. There is no excuse to skip meals and get a healthy lunch anymore!

Love the ease and effectiveness of this App.. Only suggestion would be to let me request a topping/sauce/seasoning on the side.....! Otherwise kudos!
This app just quit working

I've used this app for months, and last week it quit working. I'll order, and as soon as the order is paid and accepted , I get a message that it cancelled. I've deleted and added my credit card, and it gets stuck I "please wait" mode after attempting to add the credit card. I've had to find a new lunch spot.

Took the time to download the app and enter my order so our sandwiches could be prepared while I stopped at the grocery store. Like other reviewers, I don't like being required to save a card in an app, but I took the time to do it because I figured that I could delete it later. However, like another reviewer, the app would not accept my card. Entered it twice. Double checked the second time to be sure that everything was right. Won't be using this app again.

I love being able to order a sandwich through this app. When it comes to building your order, I like that I can specify more or less of something. For example, I want lettuce on my sandwich, but not too much - I move a slider switch from the center towards the word less. I want extra pickles - move the slider to the word more. So far so great! All of the Subways I visit have fantastic sourdough bread. Is that a choice? No. Pepper jack cheese? Maybe... Depends on the location. If I walk in, yes, they always have it. But wait... There's a box I can enter instructions in. Perhaps I can let my local Subway know that I really want sourdough bread and pepper jack cheese? Nope. Unfortunately the instructions you just entered don't print on the order sheet. Does someone at each restaurant decide what is offered in the app's food menu? If so, do they get any training on how to properly set up their online ordering system? Please fix these problems, otherwise I might as well call in my orders like I used to.
