Unable to login (can't get past the 'Confirm pin/passcode' screen. Keeps telling me to contact support. When I click on App Support; it brings up the company homepage. Disappointed because I received a Subway gift card for my birthday and now I'm unable to login to/use the app.

Don't waist your time, half the ingredients are not listed neither is most options, plus no place to enter missing ingredients. Subway you can do better than this

The app was very user-friendly it was nice to be able to go through step-by-step and create your sandwich and pay through the app so that way you just go pick up your sandwich instead of having to stand there and take all the time to build your subs. It's nice just to build it in your own time and not feel rushed, because there are several people behind you waiting to place their order also, then you just have to go pick up your food. Very well thought out and designed app. Great app, it's a very user friendly design with a nice step-by-step process. It's great adding the payment process where you just go in, pick up your food and you're back out of the door to keep your busy schedule on track.

It makes me angry that I can't just look at the sub of the day to even see what tomorrow's sub is. Why, because it is 10 minutes before they close. What difference does it make? I have to wait until tomorrow before I can look at the menu. I just wanted to play with the app. And I can't.

I got this app specifically because I read multiple articles suggesting that it could be linked, like the Starbucks app, with your PayPal account. It can't be. You are required to put in a gift or credit card. I bought a gift card, thinking I could get the $5 gift card and then load the card with a scheduled PayPal transaction each month to provide my nephew with a lunch budget. Tl;dr: they have advertised that you can link PayPal. You cannot. They require that a card be linked.
