Super frustrating to go all the way thru the order process to be told that the version is out of date and not able to place the order. Why not say that on the front end!!??

I do a lot of online orders with grouchos and pizza and even fast food but subways online app is terrible. So slow and fidgety that it takes as long as to order a sub as the 15 minute pick up time they give you. If you're near a subway just go inside and order and you'll have it in 5-10 minutes instead of 30. Only time I'd use is when the subway is 30 minutes away for it to be ready when I get there.

This is the worst food ordering app in the app store. Account creation process is an abomination. Enhancements needed: - Rethink the long (5 minute plus) account creation - Add Apple Pay - Add Touch ID so I don't have to login - Add ability to have a 12" sandwich wrapped as two separate six inch sandwiches - Add side order option for items like hot peppers so I can control the heat

This app is impossible to use if you want to order anything special. My daughter likes ham & cheese w/bacon and pickles. Well you can't add bacon as a topping and it says not to use the "special instructions" area for food items, so it's impossible :(

"Unable to create new user at this time." I get this message every time I try to create an account before and after the last update. Will update rating if/when this issue is resolved.

Seriously, I've never had a problem and I just finished saying to a friend how much I like this app. I configure the sandwich the way I want, pick it up, and it's already paid for. Frictionless.

The last version would not let me add value to a Subway card through the app. I was handed the gift card in the shop, signed up for an account, successfully added the Subway cars to my account BUT when it came time to add value through the app, every attempt failed! I waited 24hrs three times! I emailed Subway about it. This new version lets me add value to a Subway card... so I'm satisfied! Ordered a sandwich yesterday, was able to choose which Subway card I'd like to pay with (I got two cards since I thought maybe it was the Subway card I got), scanned the QC code and received my points! The transaction details are very detailed. I like this app. Only down is sometimes it takes a few extra seconds to load up.
