Very poor customer experience – Subway® Review

For the second time, the store is claiming they never received my order even when I show them the order number with store address and that my card was charged. They tell me to call Subway corporate to get my money back. The catch, Subway has set it up so that you can't talk with anyone after 5pm. Really?!? I put in a complaint via the app but it errors out every time I go to submit it. How do I get my money back? Beware.
