This app pushes you just hard enough to ensure progress, but not cause injury. It's based on the best strength training research available. If you're not using this app, you're probably not progressing as well as you should.

I'm a data head and I love all the graphs. I like also the links to research papers and auto-updated weights etc for some programs.

Has turned into my go-to app for in the gym. Feel guilty for only giving it 4 stars, but that's only because I'd like a few features added, like being able to adjust the warm-up weights, and something like you see in StrongLifts where they do the math of the weights so you don't sit there trying to figure out what to throw on the bar (as well as some other UI-friendly tweaks. That said, they do an awesome job of improving said functionality and adding additional features all the time. Really appreciated, and that's what makes me feel guilty about only giving 4 stars because they definitely dedicate a lot to this! Keep up the great work!!

Great way to build a solid program, much more powerful than your typical tracker. Haven't tried the pay version yet but I'm pretty hooked. All the literature available in the app is highly informative.
