This app is suitable for men and women from beginner to elite, who are interested in getting stronger, looking good. and staying healthy.

---- HIGHLIGHTS ----

You. Will. Make. Progress.

Let's get serious, okay? No more messing around.

This app will help you:
*get stronger
*get healthier
*build some muscle
*trim a bit of fat

This app will help you do that by:
*tracking your workouts with greater precision than any other app (sets, reps, weight, rest intervals, tempo, daily body fat, and daily body weight).
*providing you with detailed training insights and feedback through multiple types of graphs, some also not available on any other app.
*giving you the absolute best workouts that people like you are actually making serious progress with. How do I know? I'm good at stats and look at the numbers personally.
*helping you establish realistic targets for muscle mass as it relates to body fat and your specific anatomy.
*helping you improve your technique with iOS's first bar path analyzer.

Don't see the exact training program you were looking for? Make your own. Want to share it with your friends/clients? Upload it through the app so others can use your programs.

MultiYear also supports HealthKit so you can send all your data over to the Health app and view it there.

Make MultiYear your new personal trainer. Whether it's bodybuilding, powerlifting, athletics or general fitness and weight loss, MultiYear will help you build muscle as quickly as possible through systematic modifications of diet and exercise.

Start the journey with full body workouts. Get your diet in order with macronutrient goals. Learn the theory about why what you're doing will or will not produce results. You won't get to a body weight bench press without learning along the way and you certainly won't get double your weight on the bar without learning a few more things. Performance and knowledge have to increase together. Multi-Year Weight Training has you covered in both respects.

Fast-track Your Progress

The bodybuilding and fitness industry in general are full of myths, unconfirmed anecdotal reports, outright lies and fabrications so you'll find an evidence based approach a breath of fresh air. You won't get confused by a million different exercises to chose from. You'll get what has worked over and over for people around the world. Whether you're interested in weight loss or you want to build muscle, you'll also get personalized recommendations based on decades of research on how best to achieve the fastest rate of progress.

After you complete a workout, your next workout will automatically adjust (weight/rep/set increments and decrements) to respond to performance levels in the previous workout. That means workout tracking and body tracking couldn't be simpler. Create a workout with a single tap then log it with another. Done.

Realistic targets keep you on track. Statistical analysis has shown that a beginner can expect a strength gain of about 30% in the first 90 days. Additional gains in strength are gradual and due to an interplay between neuromuscular improvements and hypertrophy. A 5'9" (1.75m) man can expect to gain about 15 lb (7kg) of muscle in the first year. Expect 3-5 years to reach your natural maximum. These are your targets. Feel free to smash through them.

Awesome!
Surlier Texan

This took a little learning curve to get used to for a beginner, but once I understood all the features I would never use anything else! Has allowed me to track and progress very steadily for the last 14 months, going from beginner to intermediate lifting. The data on each of the lifts with charts tracking each muscle group makes it easy to zero in on weaknesses to target, and the progress numbers keep motivation up. Are there things that could be improved? Sure. But the developer is extremely responsive to feedback and the app is constantly updated and improved. All you need to do is ask for a fix or a feature and chances are it will happen.

Easy to use

This app is great whether you are beginner looking to pick from one of the many well known cookie cutter programs or an advanced lifter who wants to program your own. Very easy to use and the developer is very responsive to feature requests and bug fixes. He usually gets back to you within hours if not minutes.

Outstanding

This app is fantastic! It’s like having a professional strength training coach in your phone. All you do is plug in your initial work out data, set your goals, pick a workout, and the app automatically generates each session for you. You just have to show up and lift the weight that the app tells you to lift.

Da best
Amazing all occurs

Simply put, blows BodySpace out of the water in analytics and the auto coaching is world class

By far the best workout app out.
Heathmizer

I’ve tried many. Nothing tracks your progress and advises you on how to improve like this one. Detailed information on exercise principles as well. Well worth the money for the full app.

Nice little app but not paying a subscription

Nice app. Lots of features. But I rather spend the $14 (one time fee) for two apps that when combined has and does everything this app has/does and then some.

Best fitness app out there despite bugs
Arek Dirithe

Overall the app is fantastic. If you accurately set up your workouts it will automatically push you to progressive overload and it won’t let you just stay content with present levels. The graphs are great for monitoring progress, though it would be nice to have body measurement tracking included. It also has the only fitness watch app I’ve experienced that isn’t a nightmare to operate or doesn’t constantly crash. Unfortunately the app on a 38mm Apple Watch series 2 has an issue with text size. Despite trying to change text size through the watch app, the text in the scrollers is too wide when you get up into the 200 lbs range and turns into things like “2...” Honestly even with this annoyance, I still would rather use this app than any of the others out there. I just end up scrolling to a number that ends in 1, then count up or down to the weight I need. Irritating, but only relevant on the compound exercises, and way less irritating than constant crashing or a complicated watch interface that other apps have.

Simply the best
CraigComp

Has all the best workout programs; Stronglifts, starting strength, mad cow, GVT ... Whichever program you prefer, this app has got it. And it has the option to add and modify. Great, friendly support and frequent updates. This app just keeps getting better. Worth the price for sure.

1rm auto update
Astabeno

I like moody things about the app. I'm using this with the Texas Method stock program. My main problem is when the program moves to the next week or dramatically increases my 1rm and I have to reset it under my profile. If I don't the app add up to 25lbs to my lifting schedule. Maybe the app is basing the change off my rir I ented, but I'd rather it at least tell me if it's jumping me up 20 lbs instead of 5.

Strongur is the best

If you are tired of constantly tweaking spreadsheets to calculate your weights to optimum levels, this app is for you. Many of the canned standard programs - 5/3/1, SS and many others are already built in. Or, if you like to tinker with your own programming, you can alter any of the above at will or do your own from scratch. If you are the type that really needs coaching and help optimizing your program, there are cheap add-one that can be purchased for this that go far beyond the free coach that is included. Can’t get a better app for lifting IMO.
