Multiyear is a great app. It has templates for several common programs and explains how they work. Then, he explains why his works better. The app is easy to use, easy to log workouts, and easy to add exercises to the workouts. I've had problems trying to make my own workouts, but the templates are awesome. I'm fairly new lifter. Started at 46 years old with Strong Lifts. Oh, If I were a young man. . .

used this app for 3 months. Best thing- once you start your program, the app gives you a plan for every time you step into the gym. Next best thing- all history is recorded and there are good articles to help you understand what you're trying to accomplish with training. Worst thing - it's not a human coach and can't do the work for you :) It is a really good tool, that you should learn to use. To get the most out of this, you will need to pay attention to your training, your plan and then let the app make it much easier for you to keep progressing.
