Best strength training app in the market

T&tguy4

This is the number one workout log / tracker for anyone who is a serious lifter. Preloaded with every major strength training program (5x5, starting strength, 5/3/1), beautiful and easy to use interface, and the ability to add custom routines, this is hands down my favorite way to track my time in the weight room. It's easy, fast, clean, and has a ton of great info in the app to help you get up to speed with a particular type of training program. Big fonts and buttons in the "lifting" mode make the app easy to use while you are in the gym, as well as an automatic timer keep you on track during your rest periods. The app also includes automatic warmup set calcs for any of the preloaded programs, as well as automatic increments / deloading periods for when you hit a plateu. 5 out of 5!

Fantastic

This is the first app I've ever reviewed. It's so good I had to. After going to gyms for years and never *really* knowing what I'm supposed to do and how much of it I'm supposed to do (and when), Multi-year, has transformed the way I workout. Six months in and I see and feel the progress and now I'm hooked. Get this app. Immediately. Yes the interface is a little fiddly at times, and you need to take the time to learn about the programs the app offers, but trust me it's worth it. The developer is very responsive to emails and he is constantly working to improve the app and that is a rare and fantastic thing.

The Serious Weight Trainers' App

Love this app. It has a bit of a learning curve, but you'll love it if you're serious about lifting heavy weight.
