This app could be great, but it has confusing parts that make it hard to use. For example, when you finish a set, it starts your rest timer. There is no way to go back to look at anything else in the app without killing the timer. There appears to be some sort of timer at the top in the workout screen, but when I click it, it just toggles to an edit icon. I have no idea what it actually is supposed to do. Another example is after creating a new exercise, you can’t edit it or delete it after that.

PLEASE make the automatic sets/reps/RIR a setting. I workout and use this app every single day and it’s become so much more difficult. The new update adding the automatic sets/reps/RIR is a huge pain when trying to add a workout. The main problem is that the automatic sets/reps don’t match the sets/reps from when I previously did the workout. Even so, I prefer starting with no or 1 set and adding sets based on that since my program follows a pyramid scheme. If the sets and reps are automatically there, I have to spend a lot of extra time scrolling to get the proper weight/reps instead of just pressing the plus and adding from the last set.

This is the best strength training app in the App Store! The author has really put a lot of thought and work into the design and the workouts.

This app has incredible features, information and programs for no cost, as well as their own custom program. I highly recommend testing it out. I have not yet tried the paid program but have been doing one of the free ones with great results and plan on purchasing it once I finish this one.

Best free workout app I've found. Pre-loaded or customizable routines, progress graphs and charts, stop watch feature for between sets- well thought out training app that's got it all!

It has a little bit of a learning curve, but if you use it for a week, you'll be hooked! Great for tracking progress, seeing where you're going, seeing if training too hard, too much emphasis on one body part, etc… Last two months have had some Serious improvements. If you lift weights, use this.

I really like the increasing info each update seems to have. Robert seems dedicated to improving this app. Ihave used this app for awhile and it just gets better. I appreciate the fast response for tech support and the excellent support the app gives me as I work toward my fitness goals.
