Enjoying the app so far. Debating on making the switch from Strong. Can we get a fix on the copy paste for workout logging. That’s the only issue I’ve had so far.

Trying to switch between the phone app & watch app during a workout is extremely buggy and causes some sets to get dropped, adding a new set will “clone” the previous set and changing anything on one will affect the other, etc. Other bugs in the phone app are minuscule but getting the watch integration to be more seamlessly with the phone app would make this a 5+ star app.

This is the best training app out there. Period. The rest are an embarrassment in comparison. This app needs more attention from the masses so we can get even more functionality out of it. It’s already leaps and bounds ahead of the others, so it’s a waste that the others get use while this one is ignored.

Good app. I liked a lot but appears to be dead. No updates or recent logs in forum. Too bad.

There’s a bug that’s not updating my one rep maxes or strength index

EDIT FOR RESPONSE: I really don’t have a plan, my exercise selection switches day to day. Also, my weights change every workout. So, everyday I’d have to customize the workout. PLEASE make the automatic sets/reps/RIR a setting. I workout and use this app every single day and it’s become so much more difficult. The new update adding the automatic sets/reps/RIR is a huge pain when trying to add a workout. The main problem is that the automatic sets/reps don’t match the sets/reps from when I previously did the workout. Even so, I prefer starting with no or 1 set and adding sets based on that since my program follows a pyramid scheme. If the sets and reps are automatically there, I have to spend a lot of extra time scrolling to get the proper weight/reps instead of just pressing the plus and adding from the last set.

Been using for years. Love it. But if a learning curve, but not too bad at all. Current version keeps crashing though. Haven’t been able to open and run it for several days: ever since updated.

A few years back, I set out to develop a fitness app similar to Strongur, but stopped when I found it. It’s not there yet, but well on it’s way to the perfect fitness app, and already well ahead of the next best app on iOS or Android. Keep up the good work!

Great app. Be great to add my heart rate and rep count data tracked by the wahoo tickrx tracker.
