Love this app. Have been using it for almost 3 years, and it keeps getting better, with newer versions. This one, with the visualization of Training Stress, gives a clear chart explaining my 15 cycle of overtraining leading to injury, and repeating. And it's dead simple to understand how not to do that, now. Oh, yeah, also, you will get bigger, and stronger. Good stuff.

Like others have said, there's a bit of a learning curve but once you get it this app can pretty much do it all. It's flexible, relatively easy to navigate, super-easy to start and record a workout and, importantly, consistently updated. I cannot stress how great & amazingly functional this app is. If you train- GET THIS APP NOW!!

I have been using this app for over 2 years and every addition to it makes it just better and better. I have learned many things from the app about what to do for dieting and training paradigms. Thanks for this great app and all the effort you guys put into it. It does really make a difference.

This app sets the standard for what a good weightlifting log should do. Developer updates frequently, responds quickly to bugs, and is constantly pushing the envelope for what this app can do. The built-in programs are fantastic, and there’s lots of flexibility with adding your own programming. A must have for any weight lifter. You really can't ask for much else here. The best keeps getting better.

It takes a little bit of playing around and learning how to set everything up but once I got the hang of it I loved it. Great app. I've even used it to track client progress.

I've been using this app for about 9 months (paid for the early subscription to use the multi-year routines, but the app has a number of free, built-in routines too) and I really love it. It manages my workouts, calculates the weights automatically according to my progress, and gives me A LOT of information about my training. Really replaced all the other apps I used before.

Best weightlifting app I've used. And I've tried a bunch. Still use spreadsheets too, but I love this app. Great developer. He gives the app a lot of attention and is very responsive to user requests.

Fantastic set of tools, whether you're using the smart coaching (which I am really loving), one of the shared programs, or something of your own design. Tons of information as well, links to studies, etc. I highly recommend!!

Powerful, yet simple to use. App now includes some advance analysis to show if you're in the optimum training range. Just keeps improving.
