App is pure quality.

I'm an early adopter. So when Strongur (wasn't called that back then) became available I could not believe the value presented. With all the programs available and supporting documentation, this isn't just an app - it's like taking a class. If you are interested in getting strong in a smart way, this is the route to go. Wish u had this 20 years ago. I wouldn't have given away months of my life not making progress because I had bad information and method.

By far the best training app hands down!

Heathmizer

This is by far the only app I've seen with any real substance at all much less the super solid scientific substance you get here. Plenty other apps will offer programs of several weeks or months. Yeah that's great if that's all you want. But if you want to know what to do after that...months from now...years from now and how to get there properly and exactly WHY it works...this is it. No guess work. I can't say enough good things about this app and the program phases in it. Personally I'm stronger than I've ever been from using these methods. Worth every penny for the phases. I wish I'd known these things years ago. Plus you can easily keep track of your own custom programs too. This is absolutely a must have app if you're into fitness.

Packed with info and usability

Update: The newest update of this app is simply amazing! A beautiful interface that enhances everything they have done before. There is so much value in even the free version that it could last most lifters many years before they would need the paid features. The sign on process with Facebook is a little cumbersome because you have to sign on every single time, but this is minor. All of my previous data was saved prior to the update. For years I have been trying to find something that will help me stay on track in a detailed way that I won't need to bring a note book with me. This app so far has really helped me in the transition from novice to advanced trainer. This is clearly an app that helps you build serious strength and focus. And the information loaded in the app is simply amazing, great info for those who are starting out but also specific enough for those with a more advance understanding who need to go further

Best lifting app ever!!

With each update the app gets better and better. I floundered with programs for years until this app. It lays out what you should do clearly and plainly and allows you to hit your goals. I paid for the 5 phase programs and feel they are essential to my success. Followed 5/3/1 for years but I feel the program, while good, has too little volume built into the basic structure. These programs have enough volume and intensity to help you get stronger while gaining muscle.

Finally an app with the madcow!

So far I'm enjoying this app! It's pretty simple to use and is super helpful with tracking progress

Best Fitness App

He who is named

Incredibly helpful, easy to use, informative, somehow free. Plus constant updates that continually improve the app. I admire the dedication of the creator to not charge for it and still produce an app of this quality.

Download MultiYear. Not Fitocracy, JetFit, or whatever fitness app. Download THIS.

I HIGHLY recommend you buy the Phase 1-5 training programs. It's optional but it's well worth the price. This app has research backed science put into every facet of the training phases. Wondering why he chose a 15 rep range one week with an undulating reverse pyramid scheme the next week? He explains it all and CITES HIS SOURCES. And if you don't want to buy his science backed program, you can use any of the FREE templates of the most popular workout routines on the Internet and they are all fit seamlessly into the workout tracker. Want to start German Volume Training but confused as to the rep scheme, tempo, and exercises? He already has a template. 5x5? There's a template. 5/3/1? There's a template. Sheiko? There's a template. Madcow? There's a template. Wanna do your own thing and not use a template? You can do that too. The new version is better. This app alone will save you hours of research and reading on the Internet to figure out your own workout programming. I don't know what else to say. This app is free. Download it and check it out and you'll see what I mean.

Got iron?

Hunnur

Best weight training app there is, period. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or have been training for years, this will teach you something new and optimize your gains!

Amazing App

Ryan Rej

Incredible app that takes all the tedious work of tracking my training away. It collects, compiles, and displays data accurately so that I can see how well I'm progressing. I highly recommend this app to be used by any lifter of any experience. Very well put together!

Great app, flexible enough for my routine

WellHungTurtle

Solid app for solid gains. Able to modify and tweak any workout approach. Also, the built in routines appear fairly solid. I plan to adopt phase 3 in the next couple of months.
