Always freezing

This app is always freezing. It takes just as long to order groceries through this app as it would to go to the store and actually shop.

This app is now completely broken and I am finally moving on to the new grocery store up the street, Shaws. Their app always just works I don’t know why i didn’t just move on a year ago.
App has multiple bugs and glitches

Love the delivery service but hate the app. The app is constantly crashing or freezing. You add items and it deletes it. You redeem rewards and have to make sure everyday the rewards are still there because they disappear. The order invoices never show up in the app. If you try to add items a hour before the cut off it glitches and freezes and you can’t add things last minute. I’m constantly having to force close the app and restart it. The graphics are always over lapping or distorted. This app needs a complete revamp. It’s a job just to make sure the items you add are actually there.
Well designed app - has flaws

This app is well designed overall, easy to navigate and use. An annoying flaw/bug: the “past orders” function barely works. If I filter for “last order”, I only see 14 items from my last order that had many more than that. If I select “all time” I get only 15 of my past items. If I select “3 months” or “6 months” it says “no products were found!” It would be helpful if this function worked as intended!
Past Purchases & Deleting Items

Problem #1: Since the update, I can’t click on the “SHOW MORE” button because it’s blocked by the menu bar at the bottom of the page. Problem #2: I spent 15 minutes deleting unwanted items from my past purchases, but when I went back to the home page, all of those items were still there. It was a total waste of time. Please fix the problems

The selection is great, the prices are good, but the service is inconsistent. Sometimes the orders are fine and sometimes they are missing an item or two (and yes, I checked to make sure it wasn’t out of stock). I let the latter go, it is just not worth calling about. But the other day an entire bag was missing. And today, they delivered the entire order to the wrong address. Luckily my doorman is awesome and figured it out! I love the app, selection, and prices ... but if you can’t execute on the delivery the rest doesn’t matter. I am going to take a break from them for a while and give them a chance to work out the kinks.

Ever since the last update, it’s impossible to find my gas points. Very frustrating. Used to rely on this a lot.

This app is absolute trash. It freezes, not very intuitive at all compared to similar apps from competitors and to put the cherry on top I can’t even add my billing info so I can purchase everything I put in my cart. This app is trash, I’ll be uninstalling. Instacart and the Shaws app are miles ahead.

There is no amount of points that can make me go through the torture of trying to find digital coupons that might save me a buck or two. Gas is cheaper a mile away, anyway, and no store card required. I’ll do the bulk of my shopping at Shop Rite. Less aggravation and better prices, most if the time. My time is too valuable to waste.
