Horrible System

Every single time I order something half of the items the next day are out of stock. The website is horrible and not open at all; They put one item in every bag; Although they send me a notification stating " The items you have placed are out of stock would you like to replace them with similar items" I do not want to do that with every item that order

I don’t understand why the filter was removed from the coupon section. It was very convenient to be able to search coupons alphabetically now they are just listed randomly without any way of sorting them out.

It crashes every 4 or 5 minutes. Putting together a full grocery order makes me want to pull my hair out.

In general I really like this app. But the ability to sort/filter coupons recently disappeared, and that makes it a major pain to scroll through all of the coupons. Also, please continue to work with more coupon companies to add more to the app. I’d love to completely get rid of all paper coupons.

You know how when you purchase several items online and they charge you? And then one of the items they send is the wrong item, or it arrives damaged, or it ends up being out of stock so they issue you a refund in the amount of that one item? Reasonable right? Yeah that’s not how Peapod works. So my guy was sick, and he usually takes me grocery shopping, so I decided to do peapod so we could stay home and he could rest. I made my selections, got a delivery time, and paid. Total charge $115 and change. Cool, cool, cool. Well a few items were out of stock and one arrived damaged so I reach out about a refund and check on my final bill, $77 even. Cool, cool, cool. Then I want to make a purchase, but it’s a significant amount and I think, we’ll after bills this week I have a little over $200 left, so this should be fine but let’s check in on the account to be sure. Ummmmm that doesn’t seem right, I barely have $100 in my account. I start looking at charges. Instead of keeping the original $115 and change, and issuing me a refund for $39 and change, Peapod kept the original charge and then charged me again for the new lower actual cost of my groceries. So now they have $193 and change of my money, and I have $77 worth of groceries. So I call, oh no worries the first charge will be refunded in 3-5 business days. Excuse me?!?! You just stole $115+ from me but it’s okay because I’ll get it back in 3-5 business days?!? How is that logical or legal!?!?!?

And some aspects get worse. Now the app crashes in iOS on a regular basis. It did not used to do that. Adding an item to the shopping list from the weekly ad never has actually added an item to the shopping list it just claims to have had done so. That has never been fixed. The app could be so much more useful, but no.

It’s been doing this for months. It works about 5 minutes and then crashes. Then you have to restart it, and remember where you left off shopping.

Kicked out too often

Love ordering groceries for pickup but this app kicks me out too often!! So frustrating to have to start from the beginning of past purchases!
Where’s my printed order ?

I expect a print out of what I ordered and what is not available so I know what my final cost is to be.
